Our Lessons – Terms & Conditions

Should you not be able to attend your Lesson , we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to ensure that your prepaid lesson appointment fee can be held in lieu and transferred to a different date. In these circumstances we ask that you contact your TUTOR as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time/date.

In the Circumstance that your Tutor can not attend your lesson appointment, again your prepaid lesson fee for that appointment will be held in lieu, and your Tutor will contact you as soon as they can to arrange a catch up lesson time with you.

No Refunds will be given for any Cancellation regardless of reason.
